Looking for a place to enjoy family and friends, our customers asked us to design and build a pavilion for them behind their home. We worked with the customers to find out what their wants and needs were and helped them design the perfect pavilion. Landmark Development, the parent company of All About Spas and Leisure Living, are licensed contractors who built the pavilion with the plans and components from All About Spas.
They have large family outings with their children and grandchildren where they roast meat in a pit just outside of the pavilion or BBQ on their Twin Eagle grill inside. They also purchased a Big Green Egg to grill, roast, smoke, or bake to give them, even more, cooking choices and options. The pavilion features a beautiful wood-burning fireplace and infrared ceiling heaters were installed for the colder months. Fans were installed to keep the pavilion cool in the summer months. The pavilion was also designed with lighting to make it available any time the customers wanted to use it. There is a dining area and plenty of room to gather. We also included a partially open area for them to be able to enjoy family and friends and enjoy the outdoors.
