Replacement Spa Cover Latch by Perm-A-Latch

These replacement latches for spa covers are metal and will not break. They are easy to install and made from Marine Grade 304 Stainless Steel and can directly replace any standard plastic spa latch attached to a 1-inch (25.4 mm) wide spa cover strap. These latches will not fail like standard plastic hot tub cover latches which are prone to break due to high winds or forgetting to unlatch them before trying to open the cover. These spa cover latches are also known to some people as hot tub cover replacement clips.

Previous models were made from 316 Stainless Steel.

Hi, The drop down at the top of the product page will allow you to select which pack of latches you would like. We offer a pack of 4 latches for a full hot tub cover latch replacement (square cover) or a single latch option. The single latch option is great if you need need to repair only a few broken latches or have fewer than four latches on your spa's cover .

We do ship to Canada.

The Perma A Latches solved my weekly airbnb problem which was guest not following instructions ( which were all over the place) to open all (4) plastic latches before opening the cover. Never failed to not break them.

Easy to install and use. These metal spa cover locks are the only answer for replacing broken plastic locks. I don’t have to worry about heavy winds or rough use as these locks will most likely outlive the spa itself.

We have a condo with a hot tub on the balcony. Since it is a vacation rental it is serviced weekly so of course the plastic latches do not last long on the spa cover. The maintenance company suggested these metal latches as they have another customer who has them. They are much sturdier and practical. Hopefully they last in our coastal conditions.
