What are AllAboutSpas.com's Shipping Options?
All Shipping options are through UPS. Please note we only ship to the US and to Canada. We ship packages Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12:00pm MST on those days ship out same day unless they contain back ordered items. Back ordered items are listed on the product pages, checkout, and on your order confirmation.

United States:
UPS Ground (1-5 Days):
The map on the right shows the estimated shipment time for this service. Please note that this is subject to change based on major events such as natural disasters, regional emergencies, or severe weather.
UPS SurePost®
Surepost is an economy, residential, ground service.
This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with
final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service

UPS Second Day Air
Guaranteed second day delivery for packages that don’t require overnight shipping
- Economical option for shipments that do not need overnight service
- Guaranteed two-day delivery to every address throughout the continental U.S
Store Pickup
This option is available online for New Mexico Residents within a 100 mile radius or Roswell, NM.
It is a free service if your items are eligible for in-store or contactless curbside pickup.
Canada:
All About Spas will pay for the import and brokerage fees.

Guaranteed economical standard ground delivery for less-urgent shipments
- Door-to-door service provided
- Up the three delivery attempts made
UPS Saver
International express shipments with guaranteed end of day delivery
- Next business day delivery by the end of day to Canada
- Door-to-door service
- Up to three delivery attempts
UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is for fast, guaranteed deliveries for less-urgent international small package shipments
- Guaranteed, day – expedited delivery
- Door-to-door service with in-house customs clearance included
- Up to three delivery attempts made
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- If you place your order after the cutoff time (Noon MST), we’ll process and ship the order the next business day.
- We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
- We do not offer international shipping other than to Canada and are unable to ship to US territories, US PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
- During checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date based on the shipping option you’ve selected.
- For orders with items on backorder the estimated delivery date will apply to any item in the order not on backorder at the time of purchase.
- Free shipping is currently offered for US orders over $75.
